Tips:

5. When storing breast milk, use sterile containers with lids
6. Clean up breast milk that has been refrigerated for more than 72 hours (3 days)
7. Do not feed refrigerated and fresh breast milk together
8. Thaw refrigerated breast milk or warm it in a bottle warmer for feeding
9. If the baby cannot drink the refrigerated breast milk within 24 hours after thawing, please do not refrigerate the breast milk again
